Nespresso Machine Instructions

One of the assignments in one of my technical writing courses involved making a set of instructions for a household machine; I chose my mom's Nespresso Machine. Creating this set of instructions required learning everything I could about how to operate and clean the machine, without consulting the existing instructions, and then presenting that information in a clear, concise manner. While not my best or most current work, I think it stands as a valuable example of consulting subject matter experts (my mom), and distilling information into actionable steps to make a useful set of instructions.
